In the modern world we are living in, most people who use social media sees a lot of content about living a healthy life. Although attracting people to spend their life in a healthier manner is a good deed, with the way it is done now, it can backfire easily.
Almost all the influencers who show their followers how to achieve their “best-selves”, appear on their social media profile with a “perfect” body, “perfect” eating habits and encourage others to do so. But what is perfect? Why should people think what they see in the influencers’ profile is exactly the same thing they must do to be exactly like what they see? Of course, there are some people who achieve their goals while following the content in social media. But even more people get discouraged by trying all the things shown, but not being like the example they see in social media. At the end they either give up completely, or overwhelm themselves trying to be like them.
Social media is the greatest source of information in the new world and must be used in a fair and correct manner to become the source of even greater things.
